Bjr pas très contente du 1er achat ..j'essaye de retourner un colis mais pas moyen ....quand on veut ouvrir un compte on ne sait le faire que de la France mais pour commander on sait le faire de la Belgique ???je n'ai pas trouvé d'étiquette de retour dans aucun des 2 colis ...????merci de me répondre
